Barnett Property Group is a privately owned independent property company, incorporating private rental accommodation, commercial property, development and maintenance.
The company was established by Jamie Barnett and Nicola Cadwallader in 2008 before formalising into the Barnett Property Group in 2015. Initially focussed on student accommodation, it soon progressed to other areas of the private rental sector including serviced accommodation, private residential and commercial. Today the group holds and manages portfolio across the Midlands. In 2013 the company undertook its first refurbishment project in Birmingham and has since completed a number of residential (conversion and development), student accommodation and care schemes across the UK.

We care about the environment
We only convert or re-purpose existing empty buildings or brownfield sites. We are very proud that we have never broken or dug-up green space in a quest to provide new dwellings.
Our properties are built with sustainability in mind; such as 100% electric, provision of bicycle storage or where possible the use of renewable energy solutions.
We care about the communities where our properties reside
When we invest in property, we do so for the long term and therefore we recognise that we play an important role in the communities in which we operate, whether that be during the development stage of a project or in the long term management of our properties.
Where many developers walk away from a scheme once complete, we are invested for the long term and we hope to play an important part in to ensuring communities are safe, secure and happy.

Since 2012 our investors have been the life-blood of the company, fostering it's rapid growth. We strive to provide flexible investment terms, good communication with regards our schemes, strict policies to ensure investors funds are protected and above all, investors receive their returns according to their terms.
We provide quality accommodation
We aim to provide accommodation where we would be happy to live ourselves. It all starts in the choosing of the property and the community where it resides; to the the size, space, design, functionality and safety. We want tenants to stay at the property long term and be happy.
