This grade II listed building in the centre of Worcester was formerly a commercial office, historically tenanted by an insurance firm who occupied all floors. The ground floor was used as the main retail space for meeting clients, the next two floors for administration although not for a few years and the loft space a dark, dusty, unloved and unoccupied space. 

The project consisted of converted floors one, two and the loft to 8 flats (2 x studios, 5, x 1 beds and 1 x 2bed). The roof was taken off and replaced in order to make space for the two flats on the top floor, relocating completely the staircase from one side of the property to the other to make greater space on the ground floor and relinquish space for the studios on the 1st and 2nd floors. 

The ground floor had a major facelift to occupy Arden Estate on ground floor who have taken up a long term tenancy at the property.
