This grade II listed building in the centre of Worcester was formerly a commercial office, historically tenanted multiple tenants across the different rooms. The basement was a dark, damp space devoid of natural light. 

The project consisted of converting the building to 1 x studio, 5, x 1 beds and 2 x 2 beds).  

The two challenges were: 

Basement - creating two new window wells to the side of the building to allow for natural light and enable conversion of the basement 

Covid19 - The project was carried out through the latter half of the pandemic which caused a problem in sourcing materials and dealing with utilities 

On the whole the project went relatively smoothly, the property is marketed as Serviced Accommodation and available to let.
