Victoria House is based in Worcester Centre, located at the corner of Foregate St and Shaw St. 

 

The ground floor units will remain tenanted with retail whilst the upper floors, formerely empty office space will be converted to apartments (9 x 2 bed and 5 x 1 bed). 

 

The annex building to the rear will be converted to 3 further apartments (1 x 2 bed and 2 x 1 bed).
