Barnett Property Group - Current Project  The Waterside, Diglis | Worcester

The scheme is located on the land of the former Worcester Porcelien Works, featuring some beautiful old buildings, all part of Worcester's industrial heritage.

The site had been bought by Berkeley Homes who partially completed a modern but sympathetic scheme to a large part of the site, leaving a number of the existing buildings (The Bone Mill, Throwing House and Gilding House) and derelict open space with which they had gained consent for an apartment scheme, but never carried it out.

There are 6 plots in total, 3 of the plots are older buildings due for conversion, there are two land plots and another area which could be built out for residential dwelling.

The scheme has previously had planning consent to convert to approx. 40 apartments, a restaurant and 2 houses, however all lapsed (with the exception of the Bone Mill where construction had started).

The plan is to re-submit the planning for approval and re-commence with the build, after a Public Consultation which should help inform the final schedule of property.
