The scheme consists of 3 properties, one being a large 3 bed with an exsisting outhouse and 2 smaller cottages.  

 

We shall be converting and extending the 2 smaller cottages, incorporating large kitchens and living space. The larger house will be having a full make over with plans to convert the exsisting outhouse to a private studio flat. The properties are close to Bromsgrove School, a large boarding school in Worcestershire with a majority Chinese and Russian boarders.  

 

There is limited hotel accommodation in the area, hence our plan is to provide serviced accommodation to serve the school, providing a great addition to our portfolio.
